SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
We ship to all countries except a couple of banned ones (for example - russia). We do it in a timely manner and usually fulfill orders within 1-3 days after the order, depending on the current situation with electricity in our country.
We're sending the parcels via trackable services of Ukrposhta and Nova Poshta couriers which both showed reliablity as their basic value in work. Travel time depends mostly on the place of destination:
Europe & Northern America - 10-14 days
Asia & Africa - 20-24 days
Australia & Southern America - 24-34 days
The parcels arrive at your local national post office.
In case the parcel is declared lost by the post we always make either a resend or a refund.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
In case you receive the product in a non-mint condition, we will need photo confirmation of the damage and we will provide you with either a resend or a refund within a timely manner.
In case the product was returned to us because the client did not pick up the order we propose a partial refund that excludes the shipping cost or a resend of the item with extra cost for shipping.
